I'm Alison, the owner of Alison Mary Millinery based in Moortown Leeds, West Yorkshire with over twenty nine years experience creating bespoke hats and bridal millinery for weddings, events and special occasions. Each hat and headpiece is handcrafted by me using my wealth of knowledge and millinery skills to the highest standard. I am also a theatrical milliner and costume prop maker with a huge range of experience and skills spanning twenty nine years in the theatre, opera and ballet industries. I have worked on hundreds of shows and projects over the years collaborating with many costume designers and production companies. My wide range of unique skills mean I can bring virtually any design to life and I quite often use this expertise when designing bridal headpieces too.
